Description
[OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE] — The sealing machine boasts a broad range of adjustable sealing power, spanning from 800W to 1200W, effectively meeting the requirements of diverse customers. The adjustable time range covers 0.1 to 5.9 seconds.
[POWER INTERRUPTION MEMORY] — The incorporated display simplifies timer setup, enabling users to swiftly seal plastic-capped bottles. Upon restarting the sealer, it will automatically present the parameters from the previous sealing session, delivering added convenience to users.
[PORTABLE & ERGONOMIC] — Characterized by its minimal noise output, this sealing machine consolidates all necessary features into a handheld unit. The ergonomic handle design aligns with human ergonomics, preventing user fatigue during prolonged usage.
[USER-FRIENDLY] — The digital control panel streamlines the sealing process. Configuration involves setting the desired time and power, followed by a short adjustment period to become accustomed to the machine. As a bonus, we provide customers with two test bottles (0.98’’ diameter) featuring internal aluminum foil for trial sealing. Typically, the test bottle requires 3 seconds of sealing time and a corresponding 800W power setting.
[WIDE-RANGING APPLICATIONS] — This electromagnetic induction sealer finds extensive utility in sealing plastic and glass bottles across pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage, lubricant, and antifreeze industries. Notably, it is unsuitable for metal caps, aluminum foil sealing, metal bottles, and caps with sharp noses.

Important Notes:
- The machine is incapable of sealing bottles with a diameter exceeding 9cm.
- DO NOT use aluminum-capped containers, as they quickly absorb heat, potentially causing harm to the device. If you need to seal these types of bottles, please remove the aluminum cap, use a piece of cardboard to seal the bottle, and then close the bottle with the aluminum cap.
- During the initial trial, please test on empty bottles to determine the appropriate heat settings. If you use high and inappropriate heat settings with your product inside the bottle, it could result in an unwanted burn odor which might affect your product.
- The machine comes with a US plug by default and we will add you a UK plug with the machine for free.
